Insurance We will gladly process your insurance claims, estimate
your deductible and the portion not covered by your insurance. The
estimated amount not covered by your insurance is due at the time of
treatment and may be paid by any of the options listed below.
We base our estimates on ever changing guidelines provided by the
insurance companies. Therefore the amount estimated may change once
we receive the insurance payment.

Cash or Check--includes
* money orders and personal checks.
* VISA/MasterCard or Discover.
* CareCredit--offers a separate line of credit to cover your entire
family’s health care needs:
A credit line can be established. Approval usually takes less than
10 minutes
CareCredit has an interest free option.
Monthly payments as low as 3% of the outstanding balance.
We would be happy to work with you to plan the most appropriate
arrangements for your budget. If necessary, financing allows
you to have that smile you have always dreamed of today, while
spreading the cost over a period of time. |
